Jason Seaman Noblesville Science Teacher and Coach was presented Indiana's highest honor, Sagamore of the Wabash, for risking his life to stop a school shooting. And in May, he will tell his story.
It was on May 25 at Noblesville West Middle School when a student shot student Ella Whistler and Seaman. Authorities have said repeatedly that had Seaman not tackled the student and held him down, which being shot, the outcome could have been much, much worse.
Now, Seaman will share his experience at the Hamilton County Prayer Breakfast. The event is scheduled for May 17, beginning at 7:30 a.m. and running to 9 a.m. It will take place at the Ritz Charles, 12156 N. Meridian St. in Carmel.
Individual tickets are $35 and table rates are available. Go to eventbrite for more info.
